About this policy

This policy explains what information is collected when you use fnx-israeli-art.co.il, what it is used for, who it is shared with and what your rights are, under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, and its regulations.

What we collect

• Browsing the site needs no registration and asks for no personal details.
• If you asked to be told when ticket sales open: your email address, and your phone number if you gave it. They are used only to tell you that sales have opened, are not passed to third parties for marketing, and are deleted when the event ends.
• Your cookie choice is stored only in your own browser (localStorage), so we do not ask again.
• Only if you accept cookies: measurement tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel) collect technical and statistical data such as pages viewed, device and browser type, referral source and IP address. If you decline, these tools are never loaded.
• The hosting servers keep technical access logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and operation.

Why

To run and secure the site, to measure and improve it, and to measure how well the event is advertised. The data is not used for direct mail.

Tickets, catalogue and auction

Tickets are sold through SmarTicket, with payment processed by Pelecard. The catalogue and auction run at auction.fnx-israeli-art.co.il on BidSpirit. Details you give there are collected and processed by the operators of those systems under their own privacy policies.

Sharing

Information is shared only with service providers working for the site (hosting, content management, measurement), when required by a competent authority or court order, or to protect rights. It may be stored and processed on servers outside Israel, as the law allows.

Cookies

On your first visit you are asked for consent. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, and the request will appear again. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and customary measures protect the data. No system is completely secure.

Your rights

Under sections 13 and 14 of the Privacy Protection Law you may ask to see information about you held in the database, and ask to correct or delete information that is not accurate, complete, clear or up to date.
