Accessibility statement

Our commitment

The Phoenix Israeli Art website is built so that everyone, including people with disabilities and older visitors, can read about the exhibition, plan a visit and buy a ticket with the same ease and independence.

The site follows the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, and its 2013 service accessibility regulations, in line with Israeli Standard 5568 at level AA (based on WCAG 2.0).

What the site provides

• Full keyboard navigation: Tab to the next element, Shift+Tab to the previous one, Enter to activate. A clear focus outline on every control.
• A "Skip to content" link at the top of every page.
• A logical heading structure, marked navigation and content regions, and the language and text direction set on every page.
• Colour contrast in line with the standard for normal and large text.
• Decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers; artwork images will carry alternative text.
• The site respects the system "reduce motion" setting and turns animation off for those who choose it.
• Layouts for phone, tablet and desktop, and browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content.
